Is shipping cost included in the price?

Our shipping charges are very competitive, we charge you a flat fee of $2.99 for the 1st item, plus $0.99 per additional Item with a maximum Shipping & Handling charge of $4.97 for the total order, regardless of the number of items. Please read a full description of our Shipping policies.

Do I receive my order in one package/shipping?

We try to ship all your order in one shipment, however, we have more than one location and therefore your order could be shipped in more than one envelope/box. Shipping charges will be applicable to one shipping only, regardless of the boxes that you receive.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on shipping internationally, however, for the time being, we only ship to the Continental USA (48 states)

Do I need authorization to return merchandise?

Yes, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. If item is deffective or need to return it, please e-mail us and let us know what the problem is. We'll give you an RMA. Please do not return any product without an RMA number. Please read our policies for complete information on returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. All Credit Card information is processed through our secure server. Personal and Company checks in US Dollars on US Banks only, are accepted but order (s) will be released once the check has been cleared (Approx. 2-3 weeks).
