To receive a refund, follow these instructions:

• Notify us via e-mail within 10 days of receiving the product your intentions of returning an item and ask for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please indicate reason for return.
• Returns must be made within 7 days after obtaining the RMA#
• Product must be returned in New, Resalable condition and packing materials must not be torn or damaged
• Pleaase include a copy of our invoice/packing slip writing the RMA # and ship it pre-paid to us. No COD’s please.
• We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.
• Items which have been worn will be approved for return and re-stocking fee will be notified by e-mail to you, depending on the condition of the piece (s).

Backorder Policy
Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped upon availability of goods, unless instructed otherwise. Items not shipped with first order (back order items) will be shipped at a later day. Shipment of back order items will be free of shipping charges (regular shipping service).

Damaged Goods Policy
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. It is our goal to sell only top quality products. Should you receive items that are damaged or defective, let us know within 5 days of the receiving date by sending us an e-mail and we will give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so you can return the item. Returns must be made within seven (7) days after obtaining the RMA#.
For returning items, please use original box/package, include copy of invoice/packing slip and write the RMA number. If item is proved to be defective, we will fix it or replace it at our discretion and send it back to you free of shipping charges.
If the item in question is found not to be defective, or has been repaired or used, will not qualify for a return. We will inform you of the situation and you will have the option to get it back at your expense. Returned items must be in original condition and in original packaging.
